Career Guidance

Career guidance typically helps people understand their skills, interests, and values to make informed career choices.

High School Learners

Choosing a career is one of the biggest decisions a teen will make; yet most students only get generic career tests or advice based on grades.

I offer Grs 9 to Grs 12 something different: 1 Assessment, 3 Reports, and 90 minutes of online support.

The Assessment is done online; it presents real-world scenarios and choices to capture patterns in decision-making, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interests. There are no right or wrong answers.

The 3 Reports are drawn from the assessment:

  • An Individual Profile Report based on working style, strengths, and what motivates them
  • A Study Methods Report highlighting best learning style, focus techniques, memory strategies, subject-specific tips, and time management plan
  • A Career Guidance Report with clear career paths that fit, and why they fit; as well as recommended subject choices. You also receive 10 free options to match a career choice with your individual profile.

My 90-min online support includes an onboarding session, a walkthrough the Individual Profile Report, and a guided breakdown of the Study Methods and Career Reports.

Adults and Retirees

For anyone considering a new career path, seeking clarity, and discovering their options, and for those heading towards retirement, I offer guidance and direction based on your individual reports.

My sessions are held online for convenience and flexibility.
